		<description>Thank you Donna for providing this resource.... Combining the statements of affirmations and the questions of afformation may be a great combination.

It is important when stating affirmations that we say it as if it were already so...but then allow the universal laws to take it from there. Once affirmations are released we have done our work. Through our continous affirmations and then being aware of and removing the barriers that keep us from obtaining what is already there for us allows us to receive what is possible.

Barriers may be just our internal dialogue, or the emotional or physical walls we have and aren&#039;t aware of.

So again, thank you for your comments and please come back.

		<description>Affirmations never worked for me, because I&#039;d say &quot;I am wealthy and successful&quot;, and my brain would say &quot;No you&#039;re not!&quot;

But a friend told me about an author named Noah St. John who invented AFFORMATIONS. Afformations are empowering questions (not statements) and they&#039;ve really worked great for me and my friends.

http://www.iAfform.com - he&#039;s giving a free Afformation Stress Buster Session. I listen to these throughout the day and they&#039;ve changed my life.

Enjoy them!
