Gay understands how to manage and lead others through change resulting in successful implementation of organizational turn arounds, improved operational processes resulting in greater financial viability, enhanced operational efficiency and improved strategic execution.

Gay is a certified trainer for Jack Canfield and has been a keynote speaker, seminar/workshop facilitator. Some of her clients include: The National Hospice and Palliative Care Association, Royal Caribbean Cruises, The Ohio Hospice and Palliative Care Association, The West Virginia Hospice Association, The Florida State Director of Nursing Association, Broadspire, Boca Coaches Seminars, and many corporate, civic, and community groups.

She has her M.S in Organizational Development & Leadership and is a Doctoral candidate with The George Washington University in Organizational and Human Performance specializing in change, leadership and system complexity.

Gay is the President of changeologists, inc. providing strategies through executiion for planned and unplanned change. These strategies enable organizations and its members to move through change with a higher sense of awareness and the ability to meet the future with greater confidence. Her approaches increase  adaptability so organizations can face any challenge while reducing barriers to desired results.

Gay is currently a member of the Florida Speaker’s Association and The National Hospice and Palliative Care Association. She currently is a member of the Executive Leadership Development Committee for NHCPO and a member of the Social Entreprenuers and Complexity Organization.
