Gay is the President of changeologists, inc. providing change strategies for planned and unplanned change. Gay is currently a member of the Florida Speaker’s Association and The National Hospice and Palliative Care Association. She currently is a member of the Executive Leadership Development Committee for NHCPO and a member of the Social Entreprenuers and Complexity Organization.
